Electrical Industries Company (EIC) offers competitive salary and benefits. An Annual Salary Survey is conducted to ensure our competitive offer in the market.

Salary: Employees receive attractive salaries above the market and way beyond other electrical equipment manufacturing companies could offer. Aside from the salary, additional package is included for housing and transportation allowances.

Air Ticket: Expatriate employees (and their dependents) are entitled for air tickets annually as per the approved company policy.

Medical insurance Coverage: In EIC, we assure that you are insured! All our regular employees including their dependents are covered with an excellent insurance scheme as per the approved company policy.

Annual leave: Employees are entitled to 30 work days per year as per the approved company policy.

Holidays: In addition to the annual leave, Employees enjoy the Saudi National Day and Eid Holidays.
